Hey everyone!

My name is Trevor and I’ve have literally struggled with my weight most of my whole life. Like most, I made excuse after excuse to never start trying and turned to food whenever I needed comfort. I am here right now telling anyone and everyone that YOU CAN REACH YOUR GOALS! It’s never too late to try and as cliche as it may sound, it all starts with the first step!

I started the year coming out of a 3 year relationship that just needed to end. It wasn’t healthy. I lost focus of a lot of things. I was tired of turning to food and so I started this year with the drive and determination to finally get my life under control. It has been day after day of  hard work, determination, and perseverance to get where I am at now. I still have a ways to go but each and every day is a new chance at life and a new day to conquer. I decided to take advantage of that.

I’ve been where you have been. Although my journey is different than yours, I have had the moments of pure embarrassment. I have been too big to fit in a roller coaster. I have tried to look my best, but still felt uncomfortable in front of people. I’ve been unhappy. 

This year, I am taking it all back. I am gaining years. Confidence. Self esteem. Happiness. I’m getting to experience life for the first time.


I took that very first step. I challenge you to do the same.
